Regulatory Affairs Business Administrator

At UBS, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Regulatory Affairs Business Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.We are seeking a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field, as well as a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with stakeholders of various levels.If you have a passion for regulatory affairs and would like to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor and assess changes in applicable laws and regulations, and advise the team on the implications of such changes.
Prepare and manage regulatory documents and submissions.
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, industry associations, and other relevant organizations.
Provide guidance and support to other departments on regulatory matters.
Maintain and update regulatory records and databases.
Identify and address potential compliance issues.
Develop training materials and conduct trainings on applicable regulations.
Create and implement internal guidelines and procedures for regulatory compliance.
Prepare reports and presentations for regulatory meetings.
