You will be responsible for reviewing regulatory updates. Providing guidance to senior management on regulatory changes and their implications for our client's operations. Responsibilities Manage client-facing deliverables to the highest standards of qualityIdentify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plansPro-actively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and statusAssist with the management of the projects critical path, dependencies, and contingenciesEnsure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managedOversee the adherence to all Factor’s Methodologies and quality assurance processesRead complex agreements, including financial services documents with meticulous attention to detail, while analyzing and extracting key informationCommunicate with clients, maintaining excellent communication skills and a professional and warm approachEffectively and efficiently operate in a deadline driven environment, with high attention to detail, in order to meet client expectationsContribute to building Factor’s proprietary Intellectual Property in the rapidly changing Managed Contracts Services business areaBe comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountabilityBe an outstanding team player and embody and live our core values to foster our unique culture Qualifications You are adaptable, authentic, accountable, and values driven. We’re looking for someone who always gives their best and inspires others to do the same.Essential Criteria:Undergraduate degree, 10+ years Financial Service experience.Independent experience of working in a regulatory driven environmentClient facing experience within a Professional Services firm and a strong focus on client needsMeticulous attention to detailExperience in identifying and evaluating potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.Strong time management, judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skillsThrives in both individual and collaborative team environmentsHigh-impact communication and presentation skillsProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel. MS Project experience highly advantageous)Organizational fit for the Factor culture - exhibiting the core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability and StewardshipLegally eligible to work in the country in which the role is locatedDesirable Criteria:Capitals Markets Financial Services experienceCustodial Banking Experience Additional Information The anticipated salary range for this role is $250,000 - $315,000. This is fix term 12 months contract. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. This anticipated range excludes the value of any potential incentive bonus and the value of any benefits offered.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
