An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in telemetry care to provide exceptional nursing services in a contract role. This position offers the chance to apply your clinical knowledge in cardiac and telemetry monitoring within a dynamic healthcare setting. The role involves working with adult patients requiring close cardiac observation and multivariate monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess adult patients with cardiac and telemetry needs, accurately interpreting heart rhythms and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide emergency interventions as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments and nursing interventions.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
• Current RN license with Telemetry nursing experience.
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring equipment and telemetry unit protocols.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Schedule and Job Type:
• Contract position
• Every Other Week (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH) scheduling
