We offer a wide variety of competitive benefits, including • Health Care benefits • Flexible scheduling • 401k • Paid time off • Weekly pay & Direct Deposit • Off for some Major Holidays • Work at a comfortable pace with fewer patients • Reduced physical strain compared to hospital settings Duties As an RN, you will work 1:1 with one client for the duration of your shift and support them with the following: • Adhere to the outlined care plan • Documenting tasks, observations and assessments • Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures • Receive clinical direction and oversight from the Lead RN • Assist with other duties as needed Examples: working with PO feeds, seizure precautions, medications and ADL's Minimum Qualifications • Current Mississippi (or Compact State) RN license • Current BLS Certification • Must comply with state background screening requirements • TB skin test (current within 12 months) • One (1) or more years' nursing experience • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Current Auto Insurance in your name The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
