The new MedStar Health Internal Resource Pool is your chance to make an impact across multiple top-tier hospitals while enjoying a schedule that works for you!You will have the opportunity to float to the Med Surg / Telemetry units at least three of the following hospitals :MedStar Franklin Square Medical CenterMedStar Good Samaritan HospitalMedStar Harbor HospitalMedStar Montgomery Medical CenterMedStar Union Memorial HospitalEnjoy a set base rate, hourly shift incentive and additional pay for Charge / Preceptor shifts.PRN Requirements :Four 12-hour shifts per 6-week scheduleTwo of the 4 shifts are weekend or night shifts per 6-week schedule1 holiday a year1 hard-to-fill shift per yearKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. QualificationsADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.2+ years of RN experience required; two plus years of RN experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry strongly preferred.Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required. ACLS and NIHSS strongly preferred.This position has a hiring range of $50.0000 - $50.0000
