Registered Nurse (RN) - High Tech Inpatient Care - Night Shift Opportunity in St. Petersburg

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a High Tech Inpatient Care professional in St. Petersburg, working the night shift from 7:45pm to 8:15am. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and coordinating patient and family needs, providing preventive and supportive care to terminally ill patients, and utilizing your assessment, intervention, and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance the quality of life. You will also provide oversight and supervision to LPNs and aides, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and coordinate patient and family needs, providing preventive and supportive care to terminally ill patients
Utilize assessment, intervention, and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance the quality of life
Provide oversight and supervision to LPNs and aides, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
Work collaboratively with the Patient/Family Care Coordinator/Care Center Manager to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
Requirements:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Minimum of six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Florida license as a Registered Nurse
Valid Florida State Driver's License
Minimum of 1 year of current active nursing experience, with experience in caring for terminally ill patients or those with life-threatening illnesses preferred
