Job Overview:
We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team, with night shifts available. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, educate residents and their families on health management and self-care techniques, and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments
Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate residents and their families on health management and self-care techniques
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or Compact License
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Prior experience in a residential group home or similar setting preferred, but not required
