Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a 100% remote Registered Nurse (RN) in Houston, TX, specializing in telehealth nursing to provide exceptional care to high-risk patients. This remote role focuses on telehealth care coordination and virtual nursing assessments to support underserved populations with chronic condition management.

You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on value-based care, offering personalized nursing care plans, smooth care transitions, and patient educationwithout in-home visits, weekends, on-call shifts, or holiday work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual patient assessments
• Develop and manage Nursing Care Plans tailored to patient needs
• Support post-discharge follow-ups and patient education

Work Hours:
• MondayFriday, 8 AM 5 PM
• No weekends, calls, or holidays

Assignment Details:
• 13-week contract to start
• 4-week extensions
• Probable temp-to-perm

Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas
• 35 years clinical RN experience; care management preferred
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Experience with Medent EHR
