- Educate patients and families on medication adherence and preventive care
- Document patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA and internal guidelines

Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the United States
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)

- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
