Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care. This role will begin in our 47-bed Medical Surgical unit, serving various medical patients, and will transition to an RN ICU position within 18-24 months. You will have regular shadow shifts and touchpoints with the ICU team, as well as opportunities for professional development and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan and implement care
Provide patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions
Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $30.00 - $44.50
Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates

Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
