Registered Dental Assistant (RDA ) / Seattle Sales
The Company is a Global dental manufacturer .Looking for a Candidate who is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) looking to go into outside Sales. The Company will train you on how to be an outside sales rep.
Must Live in Greater Seattle.
The position: outside sales representative , who calls on general practice Dental Offices.
This is a highly relationship-oriented business, so excellent interpersonal skills are required. Position requires a outgoing, self-motivated, highly organized, and responsible individual with excellent presentation skills.
Assigned Territory: Work from home 50% of the time and in the field in Washington and Oregon State.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will employ a consultative procedural sales approach in selling high-quality dental products and materials to the dental office.
Implementation of a strategic territory management plan in conjunction with an inside sales team for better time management and market impact.
Thought-leader, strategic partner management responsibilities include CE courses, study clubs, field trials, co-sponsored events and promotions to increase market share of products.
Will train you Daily use of eCRM (Salesforce.com) and database tools .
TRAVEL: 50% Washington and Oregon State, Idaho ,Montana
Minimum of three years as a RDA.
Base Salary : $70to 80K plus Commission of $24K OTE is $100 plus a Car allowance per month car
