We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician - ABA to join our team at Key Autism Services in Murfreesboro, TN. Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors in a professional and goal-oriented manner

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting for at least 1 year
1-year ABA experience or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills
