• 10+ years in hospitality or extended stay sales leadership, with multi-property or regional experience.
• Proven success in securing and growing high-value extended stay accounts.
• Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50–70% of the time).
