Your primary focus will be on driving slots revenue performance across a region and managing slot KPIs to achieve the required commercial targets.This role is a regional role covering our venues across Scotland & the North of England. You'll be required you to travel 2-3 days a week to our venues.Main Accountabilities& Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day "Always on" slots operations, including supplier relationships, to meet required SLAs and commercial targetsConduct regular Business Review Meetings and ensure follow-up actions are delivered with expected resultsMaintain brand standards, compliance requirements, and responsible gaming proceduresDeliver and optimise promotional campaigns, ensuring venue participation and suggesting improvements while regularly attending the promotional meetingsStay informed about the Slots industry across all sectors (Casino, LBO, Bingo, AGC, Online) and recommend revenue-enhancing changesSupport clubs with Slots counts, collections, and discrepancy investigationsRecommend layout / venue changes that would enhance the revenue from SlotsDevelop supplier relationships and maximise opportunities for product development in collaboration with the E-Gaming TeamProduct and Supplier managementEnsure Supplier SLAs are maintained and developed as needs changeWork with the wider E-Gaming Team to develop supplier relationships and maximise opportunities for product developmentMaximise revenue by ensuring the Machines / Terminals are situated in the prime positions, in relation to the Grosvenor Slots Strategy, ensuring this is regularly reviewedContinue to develop and support Grosvenor’s commitments to its Responsible Gaming proceduresQualificationsCasino slots operations industry backgroundProven track record of positively influencing performance of venues and third-party suppliersPerformance driven & commercial mindsetGood communicator and ability to influenceCollaborative style and approach to workEffective team management skillsGood time-management and prioritisation skillsAdditional InformationOriginally posted on Himalayas
