Regional Sales Representative - Japanese Bilingual
Description:
• A reputable Japanese beverage manufacturer seeks a passionate Sales Representative to expand our US presence in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
• This role involves working with distributors to build local sales through wholesalers, restaurants, and supermarkets.
• Requires regular travel.
• Work collaboratively with distributors to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Conduct joint sales calls with distributor representatives to visit local wholesalers, restaurants, and supermarkets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at distributor and customer accounts.
• Present product information, promotions, and sales programs effectively to customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and distribution goals within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows, particularly in May and October.
• Attend occasional weekend or evening work engagements as required by business needs.
Requirements:
• Business-level Japanese & English proficiency is essential.
• Sales experience with similar duties is a huge plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel independently within the assigned territory.
