Regional Business Development ManagerLocation: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Delhi/MumbaiJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: Regional Business Development Manager for Analytical Testing Services, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within your designated region. Your expertise will be crucial in promoting our comprehensive range of Testing Services to clients in the Food and Pharmaceutical sectors.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a regional business development strategy to achieve sales targets and enhance market share in Analytical Testing services for Food and Pharma.Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach within the food and pharmaceutical industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our Testing Services.Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, recommending adjustments to strategies as necessary.Requirements :Candidate should be strictly from the NABL Accredited Food Testing Laboratory having Chemical Testing and Microbiological Testing scope in Food, Agriculture, and Drug - Cosmetics Products,Candidate must be presently selling Analytical /Testing Services of Food and PharmaCandidates for these profiles should not be from Inspection and Certification Services Selling background.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum 5 Years of experience in business development or sales within the Analytical Testing, Food, or Pharmaceutical industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable business strategies.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.The QIMA and EFRAC Story At QIMA, our Food Division is dedicated to helping every member of the global food supply chain ensure the safety and quality of food products, as well as safe working conditions and sustainable practices.
