What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the region in support of national objectives
- Maintain and expand the customer base by collaborating with sales representatives and identifying new customer opportunities
- Prepare competitive quotes and close sales
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them
- Plan and prioritize territory sales activities to achieve agreed-upon goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must live in Texas, preferably in Dallas
- Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred
- Industry experience is preferred
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Strong networking capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in sales within the lighting or technology industry
- Experience working with CRM programs
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
