Regional Sales Manager - HIMP
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling company products, developing, and securing new customers, and investigating potential new product uses or applications.Essential Functions Knowledge and understanding of Aqua Finance’s lending policies and proceduresPerform field promotional work to sell and secure new business, to include important and major accounts and/or develop sales and secure business in new territories, within new industries, or with customers where full market potential or product line acceptance has not been establishedExtensive planning and preparing data and information to sell the story on sales calls, making them more productive and meaningfulWork independently to establish new dealership partners and grow the network of franchise and independent dealerships in an assigned geographic regionProspect new markets to establish a new dealership baseWork with existing partners to engage nonparticipating and underperforming dealershipsCoordinate and otherwise assist with the services of the Company’s technical staff to determine customers’ needs and preparation of samples as neededAssist with preparations for trade showsPrepare formal presentations to customers on proposed productsInvestigate and expedite complaints in accordance with Aqua Finance policies and assist to resolve problems and recommend corrective actionKeep the company informed on competitive products, promotional matter, sales techniques, pricing, and market policiesPrepare and submit periodic reports on activities, sales volume, expenses, etc.Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for approvalAssist with the collection of premium recapture, verification of liens, and dealer repurchases as neededRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in a related field, or commensurate work experience required5 years of Outside Sales, or related work experience, required2 years of people management experience requiredFinancial industry experience requiredUnderstanding of Indirect Consumer Financing preferredAbility to travel 50-75% of the time throughout assigned territoryPrior knowledge and experience in Recreational dealership sales or baking preferredAttention to detail and accuracy requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredProficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentPhysical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls.
