What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with regional independent sales partners to increase sales and market share
- Assist with key account and high-value sales opportunities
- Develop and execute plans with sales partners to achieve annual sales goals
- Provide technical understanding and product demonstrations in field applications
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with sales partners and customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of specific or related industry experience
- College degree preferred
- Technical and hands-on capabilities for demonstrating equipment
- Ability to work productively with sales representatives, management, and owners
- Ability to give presentations in various group sizes and settings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling capital equipment to municipalities or industrial accounts
- Proven track record of managing and training sales partners
- Strong understanding of video inspection products and field applications
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives
