Regional Property Supervisor (North Bay - 8912) **Hybrid Remote Position**

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the fiscal, physical, and operational aspects of a portfolio of properties
- Supervise site staff including Property Managers and Assistants
- Conduct monthly meetings and act as a liaison between site and central office
- Monitor and analyze monthly financial reports for each property
- Conduct site visits at least twice a month to maintain physical assets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of multi-site property management experience
- Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA Guidelines
- Proven ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports
- Strong supervisory experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current California Real Estate Sales License or ability to obtain within nine months
- Experience in low-income multifamily housing management
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to inspire and lead teams effectively
- Experience with compliance in property management
