Regional Operations Manager/Property Management

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team in Cambridge and Baltimore Maryland. If you are passionate about Managing Vintage merchandise, also providing Property management and have a strong retail management background, we want you to join us! As the Regional Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Vintage store, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and drive sales performance. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion for curating unique vintage items. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures • Supervise and train staff, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, offering product knowledge, and assisting with purchases • Manage the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system and ensure accurate transactions • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue • Maintain store inventory, track stock levels, and place orders as necessary • Create an inviting and engaging store environment for customers • Handle store administrative duties such as reporting hours for the employees, Requirements: • 3+ years of retail management experience • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Webmail) • Strong customer service and communication skills • Experience with POS systems and cash handling • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets • Ability to manage and motivate a team • A passion for vintage merchandise and a keen eye for unique items Why Join Us? • Competitive pay based on experience • Positive, creative, and collaborative work environment • Opportunities for professional growth If you are looking for a rewarding management opportunity in the vintage retail industry, and a Property Manager we encourage you to apply today!
