Regional Operations Coordinator - Dialysis

Innovative Renal Care is one of the largest dialysis service providers in the U.S., partnering with local physicians to deliver high-quality care to patients with ESRD and other kidney conditions. They are seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator to support regional leadership with day-to-day operations, reporting cycles, scheduling workflows, and multi-site coordination across dialysis clinics in several states. Responsibilities Support regional leadership by preparing recurring reports, updating trackers, and maintaining operational workflows Review and monitor clinic KPIs, staffing, schedules, supply needs, and labor efficiency Maintain Excel-based tools, summaries, and operational documents Assist with budgeting, forecasting inputs, and financial preparation for routine meetings Create slide decks and meeting materials for leadership and JV partner reviews Coordinate project timelines, follow-bolthires, and cross-functional tasks Support clinic admissions, onboarding of Clinic Managers, and compliance/licensure requirements Serve as a reliable point of contact for operational questions and routine budget inquiries Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Strong working knowledge of bolthires Excel, bolthires Teams, and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and follow through consistently Proven ability to analyze data, manage projects, and improve processes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel occasionally to clinics across the region (AZ, CA, CO, ID, OR) Experience in healthcare operations, administrative coordination, or multi-site support Benefits 401(k) match Healthcare coverage Enhanced PTO Company Overview Innovative Renal Care provides end-stage renal disease treatment and dialysis services.It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
