Represents focused leadership in the creation of an employed model supporting provider needs, process innovation and provider mentoring. Acts as the “voice of the provider” to ensure an effective experience for our providers resulting in:Increasing provider satisfactionIncreasing provider accountabilityIncreased provider supportContinuous clinical and service improvementEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccountability for clinical network (including W2 and 1099 providers) in assigned region/product areaAccountable for KPI’s and Quality measures in assigned region/product areaActively and regularly engage with providers to build community and engagementMonitor tracking of individual practice and provider metricsEnable provider support and improvement plansMentor and coach new hiresProvide support for multiple license-type providersAvailable for clinical consultation if neededEnsure compliance with new initiativesManage providers for quality outcomes and performanceQualifications Expected for PositionCritical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the proven ability to manage multiple administrative and clinical responsibilities efficiently and effectivelySkilled conflict resolution experienceFlexibility in supporting the changing needs of a rapidly growing companyEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to function in a fast-paced environment and to be able to meet deadlinesPassion for clinical excellence, professional integrity, and ability to collaborate positively with clinicians and non-cliniciansAbility to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and effectivelyFlexibility in supporting the changing needs of a rapidly growing companyThe above qualifications, knowledge, experience, and/or background are expected but not required for this role.Qualifications Required for Position Medical Degree with current/continuous board certificationMinimum of 5 years clinical experienceMinimum of 3 years as a clinical leader with gradually increasing levels of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-specialty fast paced environmentThe base salary range for this position is $220,000 - 240,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
