Regional Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will manage marketing initiatives, assist with new hire onboarding, and ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with Divisional Marketing Manager to coordinate and manage marketing project requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and campaigns through internal and external collaborationAssists in writing, design, and assemble of marketing and communication collateralsManage the marketing onboarding for new hires, providing resources, training, and exceptional support for a smooth transitionExecute various marketing projects, including project management, social media design, print design, email creation, and event planning supportCRM assistance with databases, content and campaignsAssist in coordinating various external marketing and internal communication activitiesBranch social media management for select branchesContribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiativesOther duties may be assignedSkillsExperience with marketing methodologies and event planningProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to meet deadlines and department performance standardsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to multitaskProficient in Canva designAbility to manage multiple priorities, maintaining fast-paced workflowKnowledge of all social networking platformsThorough knowledge of top social media platforms, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedInCreative with an eye for detail and designHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)1-3 years' experience in marketingMust be able to lift up to ten poundsMust be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.SBachelor's degree preferredMortgage industry experience is a plus but not requiredCompany OverviewNew American Funding provides cutting-edge marketing and technology efforts allow us to compete with large banks.
