As Netflix continues to evolve and the complexity of our organization grows, we are looking for a Regional Lead, Talent Management EMEA. Our Talent Management team at Netflix plays a key role in helping our colleagues do the best work of their lives at Netflix, by helping them grow and develop to meet the future needs of our organization. In this effort, we have a Talent Management team, led by a Regional Lead, dedicated to each of our four geographic regions - Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe Middle East and Africa, and the United States and Canada. This position plays a strategic role in partnering with business-facing HR teams to help us deliver our global Talent Management plan while also supporting unique local needs. This role is based in Amsterdam and will report to the VP of Talent for EMEA.Responsibilities include, but aren't limited toTeam lead of regional Talent Management partner team; allocating roles and responsibilities to support regional needs.Strategic partner and connector to Regional and/or Functional Heads of Talent and HR Partner teams responsible for delivering on Talent Management initiatives Develops regional priority and delivery strategy inclusive of global, regional, country, and/or functional priorities by informing how best to address and balance global and local needs (ie local adaptation of global solution vs local bespoke solution)Engages regularly with regional stakeholders to receive feedback, align strategy, share progress, and set expectations across Talent Management priority-set; sharing insights back with global team members. Establishes scalable delivery and communication methods in support of region-wide and country-specific learning and team effectiveness needs, facilitating Global > Regional programs and high impact workshops and events as needed.Leads organizational readiness planning in partnership with global Talent Management team members to deploy initiatives/solutions [eg. Growth@ rollout, onboarding relaunch, 360 pre-cycle support, etc.] Gathers insights from local HR Partner teams and leaders through annual planning activities and ongoing pulse-checks for the region, using themes to share with GBPs to influence new and existing programs and initiativesPartners closely with other regional Talent Global Business Practice team members, with a strong engagement with the Inclusion Strategy team; integrating plans and priorities as appropriate. Is a liaison and voice of their region to GBP Leaders aiding in the co-design of global initiatives and solutions; provides ongoing feedback loops to and from the business after implementation to inform next iterationShares local pilots and solutions with broader team members on an ongoing basis; sometimes designing and developing local solutions in support of piloting future global initiatives.Requirements for the RoleYou are experienced in leading matrixed-oriented teams; supporting global, regional, and country priority-sets. You have excellent influencing, stakeholder engagement, presentation, and communication skills.You are a selfless team player and tactfully know how to engage with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and geographies. You stay flexible and adapt quickly as situations change; you are a proactive problem solver who knows how to navigate ambiguityYou are resourceful and can think of creative solutions for problems without easy and straightforward answers.You have strong prioritization skills - you can balance multiple projects simultaneously while also guiding your time and team's focus on the most impactful items. You are experienced in working with ambiguity and constant change, and are able to navigate local and functional dynamics.Experience12+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management and/or Learning and Organizational Development, preferably in an international and large scale corporation. Highly experienced in designing and implementing complex local, national and/or regional strategies.Familiarity with the nuances of the region, including main players in the Talent Management/Learning fields. Excellent influence, presentation, and communication skills.Experience collaborating with HR partner teams, business leaders and subject matter experts to design innovative talent management and learning solutions.Experienced working within an agile and design thinking model.Experience as a people manager.
