Regional Director - North Side

OVERVIEW: Common Ground Collective (CGC) is seeking committed and community-rooted Regional Directors to lead outreach and organizing efforts on the North Side of Chicago. The ideal candidates have relationships and experience working in and around 1) Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, Ukrainian Village, and Humboldt Park, and 2) Uptown, Edgewater and Andersonville. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships with local leaders, parent groups, block clubs, faith communities, and small business owners, among others. This role will help design and execute community engagement strategies that reflect the priorities in these neighborhoodsâsuch as public safety, affordability, economic opportunity, and support for small businesses. Candidates should be passionate about elevating community voices, strengthening neighborhood networks, and creating pathways for local residents to engage in civic life.
