We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Admissions Recruiter to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our Admissions team, you will play a vital role in recruiting prospective students and supporting them through the acceptance process. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space, with a focus on the Philadelphia, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey region.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for assigned geographic territories, plan and conduct recruitment travel, generate inquiries and applications, and build relationships with influencers involved in the college search process. You will be responsible for managing an extensive travel schedule, scheduling and attending high school and career & technical education center visits, college fairs, and other recruitment-based events.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned territories
Manage an extensive travel schedule, including in-state and out-of-state recruitment of students
Schedule and attend high school and career & technical education center visits, college fairs, and other recruitment-based events
Develop data-driven strategies for recruitment and evaluate the effectiveness of various approaches
Coordinate specialized programming for assigned territories, including regional information sessions and campus bus trips
Explore and recommend new initiatives to cultivate relationships with secondary school counselors, community-based organizations, and other individuals with influence in the college search process
Design and deliver presentations to groups of prospective students and their supporters
Monitor and analyze data to track progress towards meeting enrollment goals
Develop and manage a budget for recruitment activities within assigned territory
Provide complete support and follow-up to prospective students and their supporters via multiple modes of communication
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
Valid and in-state valid driver's license required
Experience in college admissions preferred, or related professional experience in marketing/sales, customer service, human services, or education
Travel and recruitment experience in assigned regional area preferred
Experience with remote work preferred
Developed organizational skills, sensitivity to student expectations, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written communication and presentation skills, ability to make decisions and exercise independent judgment, and solid technical skills including Microsoft Office

Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $63,000
