Position: Referral Specialist
We are seeking Referral Specialists from all professional backgrounds – including but not limited to Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, UI/UX Design, Game Design, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, and Healthcare. Because our students come from diverse academic and career paths, there are no restrictions on industry or field of expertise.
What You’ll Do
• Use your professional network to refer qualified candidates to open job and internship opportunities.
• Share relevant roles and help connect our students to the right hiring managers or recruiters.
• Act as a bridge between talent and opportunities in your field.
Compensation Structure
We offer a clear, results-based referral bonus:
• Referral Completion Bonus – for each valid referral submitted.
• Interview Bonus – when your referral is selected for an interview.
• Offer Bonus – when your referral receives and accepts a job offer.
Bonus amounts vary by opportunity and will be confirmed before each referral.
