Redisclosure Specialist

The Redisclosure Specialist is responsible for providing support by reviewing and preparing updated mortgage disclosures, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Loan Estimates and Full Redisclosure packages in accordance with TRID guidelines.ResponsibilitiesMonitors daily reports for departments to ensure Loan Estimates are prepared and issued to the borrower within department service levelsReviews the accuracy of information in the Fee Screen against the loan attributes and file invoices (title, appraisal, credit report etc.)Analyzes the fee changes in order to determine if change can be passed along to the borrower or will need to be absorbed by loanDepotIf unable to determine from the information available in the Loan Operation System (LOS) the reason for the change in fee(s), confers with members of production or operations as neededIn accordance with CFPB/TRID requirements, completes the required Change in Circumstance (COC) form to accompany any redisclosed Loan Estimates or Disclosure PackagesIssues loan disclosures within agency, federal/state and company guidelines and regulationsIdentifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risks; reports on recommendationsPerforms other duties and projects as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be able to read and interpret a Loan Estimate base valuesExperience in the Mortgage industry preferredBenefitsComprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision.Wellness program to support both mental and physical health.Generous paid time off for both exempt and non-exempt positions.Company OverviewloanDepot is an independent retail mortgage lender that provides residential loans, refinance loans, and personal loan products nationwide.
