Reddit Marketing Strategist Needed
Job Description:
Grayson Sky is seeking an experienced Reddit Marketing Specialist to help us develop and execute breakthrough Reddit strategies for our growing portfolio of clients across tech, AI, wellness, and emerging digital industries.

Role Objectives:
- Design Reddit strategies aligned with client goals (brand awareness, traffic, engagement, conversion).
- Identify high-impact subreddits and niche communities for each clientâs ICP.
- Draft authentic, value-based post/comment strategies for both brand and founder-level accounts.
- Advise on AMA planning, community engagement, trend-jacking, and meme velocity.
- Provide best practices for account setup, karma management, timing, and tone across communities.
- Track engagement, sentiment, and brand visibility with Reddit analytics or third-party tools.
- Collaborate with our content, brand strategy, and analytics teams to ensure Reddit is integrated with broader campaign goals.
Youâre a Great Fit If You:
- Are fluent in Redditâs culture, etiquette, and rules (both written and unwritten).
- Have run successful Reddit marketing campaigns (organic and/or paid).
- Know how to speak with Reddit, not at Reddit.
- Can strike the balance between strategy and guerrilla growth-hacking.
- Are data-savvy and can break down performance with clarity.
- Understand how Reddit plays into early adopter behavior and brand momentum.
- Can ghostwrite posts, identify influencer collabs, or moderate when needed.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working with startups, AI brands, or emerging tech companies.
- Background in community-led growth or influence marketing.
- Familiarity with Reddit Ads Manager, Pushshift, or Redditâs API.
- Worked within or alongside creative agencies.
