Reddit Community Specialist - Wellness Brand
Seeking an experienced Reddit specialist to build authentic community relationships and wellness education authority for our premium health and wellness brand. This is about becoming a trusted voice in pain management communities through value-first educational content, NOT promotional posting.

We're a legitimate, compliant wellness company with science-backed products for chronic pain and sleep issues. Reddit's community guidelines make educational content and authentic relationship building essential rather than traditional promotional approaches.
Your mission: Establish credible presence in wellness communities, share valuable educational insights about pain management and wellness science, and build genuine relationships through helpful expertise.
What You'll Do
Community Integration
• Research and engage authentically in 6-8 relevant subreddits (r/ChronicPain, r/CBD, r/insomnia, etc.)
• Build credibility through helpful, educational contributions about pain management and wellness
• Establish trusted expertise without any direct product promotion
Educational Content Creation
• Share research-backed insights about cannabinoid science, inflammation, natural remedies
• Create valuable posts and comments that serve community needs first
• Engage in discussions with genuine expertise and helpful advice
Relationship Building
• Develop authentic connections with active community members
• Monitor and respond appropriately to any organic brand mentions
• Document community insights to inform broader marketing strategy
Essential Requirements
Reddit Expertise:
• 3-5 aged Reddit accounts (12+ months old, 500+ karma each)
• Proven success creating valuable content in health/wellness subreddits
• Deep understanding of Reddit culture and community guidelines
• Experience with sensitive/regulated industries (cannabis, health, etc.)
Core Skills:
• Excellent writing and authentic engagement abilities
• Knowledge of cannabinoid science, pain management, or wellness topics
• Ability to build relationships without appearing promotional
• Experience managing multiple accounts professionally
Success Metrics
You'll be evaluated on:
Community Integration: Establish presence in 6+ communities with positive reception
Content Performance: Generate 50+ educational posts/comments monthly with strong engagement
Compliance: Achieve 95%+ rule compliance across all accounts and communities
Relationship Building: Document 20+ authentic community relationships and interactions
Brand Awareness: Track mentions, sentiment, and organic brand discovery within communities

Direct product promotion or sales tactics
Fake reviews or manufactured testimonials
Rule violations or aggressive marketing
Short-term promotional thinking
Project Details
Scope: 12-week foundation building phase with strong potential for ongoing partnership
Commitment: 10 hours/week
Rate: Please propose your rate based on experience and portfolio
Includes 2-week pilot to ensure good fit and validate approach
