The ideal candidate should have experience using software like AdsPower or Multilogin for multi-account management and should understand Reddit's best practices to ensure account authenticity and longevity.

Responsibilities:

- Create 100+ authentic female Reddit profiles using AdsPower or Multilogin

- Ensure each account appears genuine, with profile details, activity, and engagement

- Maintain and grow the karma points of these accounts through strategic posting and commenting

- Avoid account bans by following Reddit's guidelines and best practices

Develop a step-by-step training guide on:

- How the profiles were created

- How to grow karma points effectively

- Strategies to prevent account bans

Requirements:

- Experience with AdsPower or Multilogin for managing multiple accounts

- Proven track record of managing Reddit accounts successfully

- Understanding of Reddit’s community guidelines, karma system, and subreddit engagement

- Ability to write clear and structured training documentation

- Strong attention to detail to ensure each profile appears authentic

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in social media growth or Reddit marketing

- Knowledge of proxy management and digital fingerprinting to avoid detection
