As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the end-to-end hiring process and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition in the global market. This internship is ideal for someone interested in building a career in HR or recruitment especially in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. What You Will Do Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media Screen CV/resumes/portfolios and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements Study the different talent markets across Asia, Europe, and the Americas and identify hiring strategies with the rest of the HR team Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Assist in employer branding initiatives such as career page updates and social media posts Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, or mass hiring drives Conduct initial HR screening calls (as applicable) Contribute to HR strategy and process improvements Provide general HR support as needed What We Need Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Google Workspace Keen attention to detail Proactive and willing to take initiative Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Must be based in the Philippines Why You'll Love Working Here Remote Setup International Environment Professional Development Opportunities Company activities and events CoverGo Company Video By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the content of CoverGo ’s Privacy Notice and you consent to the processing of your data as part of this application.
