Position: Specialty Ingredients Recruitment Specialist
Location: Remote (US-based)
Salary and Compensation:
Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000
Commission: 10-20%
Additional Financial Incentives: Earn up to 40% of your billings

About You: You have a successful history of building and managing a 360 recruitment desk within the Food & Beverage industry, with a specific focus on specialty ingredients (e.g., juices, concentrates, colors, extracts, enzymes, textures, starches, sweeteners, oils & fats). Experienced agency-side recruiters with a minimum of 3 years in the US Food & Beverage sector.
Successful track record in recruiting for roles such as Consumer Market Insights Manager, National Sales Manager, Global Account Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Market Research Manager, R&D Manager, Product Development Manager, Regulatory Affairs Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Food Scientist, Sustainability Manager, Innovation Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
