Job Description
ā¢ You will responsible for hunting new business opportunities and lead generation within your target market and territory
ā¢ Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
ā¢ Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
ā¢ Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
ā¢ Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
ā¢ Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
ā¢ Contract negotiation with prospective clients

The Successful Applicant
ā¢ 1+ years in a full-desk recruitment or sales role
ā¢ Prospecting/lead generation experience
ā¢ Closing business experience
ā¢ Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards etc.)
ā¢ Proven track record of consistently achieving quotas or objectives
ā¢ Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, develop as a sales professional
ā¢ BA/BS degree or equivalent
ā¢ Adaptable, coachable and curious
