We’re hiring an exceptional Recruiting Ops Contractor to overhaul and optimize our recruiting systems. This is a high-impact operator role: get in, fix, and scale. Contract-based with potential to extend.
What You'll Do
• Own Ashby: Build reporting, dashboards, and workflows that give us speed and clarity. Ashby expertise is a must.
• Run Fast: Design processes that move 10x faster than legacy recruiting.
• Optimize Systems: Build repeatable, scalable workflows across sourcing, scheduling, and tracking.
• Deliver Reporting: Deep reporting expertise inside Ashby—pipeline health, source performance, time-to-fill.
• Enable Recruiters: Equip the team with tools and playbooks to execute at speed.
What You Bring
• Ashby Expertise: Proven experience setting up, managing, and reporting inside Ashby.
• Operator DNA: You’ve built systems from scratch and fixed broken ones.
• Entrepreneurial Edge: Founder, consultant, or someone who’s made money outside of being an employee.
• Execution Speed: Thrive in fast-moving environments, turning ambiguity into clarity and output.
