About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on Recruiting Operations & Program Manager to serve as the right hand to our Head of Recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and enjoys both strategic oversight and tactical execution.You’ll drive hiring efficiency, set clear KPIs and timelines for both internal and external delivery, and ensure seamless collaboration between recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. We embed technology and innovation into everything we do — including how we recruit top-tier global talent for ourselves and our clients.Key Responsibilities:Drive Recruiting Project Execution:Oversee end-to-end recruiting operations across multiple roles, departments, and client engagementsSet and enforce KPI targets and delivery timelines for open roles. Act as Player/Coach to team to help them optimize talent delivery in terms of quality and speed. Track progress against hiring goals and resolve bottlenecks earlyTeam Enablement & Leadership:Conduct regular check-ins with recruiters to monitor progress, problem-solve, and provide hands-on guidance when mandates stallAct as a thought leader to recruiting leads and the Head of Recruiting on how to improve speed and quality of hiresProcess Optimization & Tooling:Standardize and improve workflows, intake processes, and candidate pipelinesOwn usage and optimization of the ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, etc.)Partner with leadership to roll out new tools and training across the recruiting teamData & Analytics:Build dashboards to track recruiting funnel metrics, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and recruiter productivityDeliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders to drive informed decisionsStakeholder & Client Alignment:Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality talentServe as a liaison to ensure expectations are aligned and SLAs are metAdditional Initiatives:Support employer branding, onboarding, and vendor relationshipsDrive initiatives to improve candidate experience and sourcing outcomesQualifications:5+ years in recruiting operations, talent program management, or a similar roleStrong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple workstreams with competing timelinesExperience setting and managing recruiting KPIsFamiliarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, etc.)Excellent communication and team leadership skillsAnalytical mindset with experience in metrics reporting and dashboard creationA hands-on, problem-solving mentality — you’re comfortable stepping in to help close a hard-to-fill role or improve a broken processExperience in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment is a plusPMP, PHR, or similar certification is a bonus, not a requirementWhat We Offer:Competitive Pay and Benefits Work with cutting-edge sales technology and help shape our evolving tech stackThrive in a fast-paced, supportive global remote team with real work-life balanceJoin a culture that values your contributions and gives you the tools to succeedPlay a key role in sales operations—your impact on company growth will be visibleBe part of an innovative team that constantly learns, adapts, and tackles new challenges(Bold Business recruiters always use a “@boldbusiness.com” email address and/or from our Applicant Tracking System, JazzHR.
