In this high-impact role, you'll manage a team of experienced outbound recruiters, drive performance against KPIs and revenue goals, and directly influence company growth and client success. What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire
Manage a team of outbound sales recruiters, ensuring consistent performance, high engagement, and professional development
Motivate and coach recruiters to exceed KPIs and revenue goals
Recruit & Onboard
Hire, train, and develop new recruiters as we scale
Ensure alignment with our culture, values, and performance standards
Drive Results
Set, track, and achieve ambitious KPIs and revenue targets for individuals and the team
Use data-driven leadership to guide decisions and optimize performance
Optimize & Improve
Analyze recruiting metrics and workflows to improve speed, quality, and fill rates
Implement best practices to streamline delivery and scale sustainably
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with account managers and senior leadership to align talent delivery with client needs and business strategy
What You Bring
✅ Proven success managing a team of outbound recruiters in a headhunting or executive search agency
✅ Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets in a high-performance recruitment environment
Deep knowledge of the sales recruiting lifecycle
Empathetic and direct leadership style with a strong sense of accountability
Excellent coaching, communication, and performance management skills
A mindset of action, ownership, and continuous improvement
Must be located in Canada
