This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on hiring India-based talent while closely partnering with U.S.-based recruiters.As a Recruiting Manager at Connor Group, you will play a key role in building our India team by driving end-to-end recruiting efforts. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring strong coordination across time zones and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the hiring process.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full-cycle recruiting process for India-based roles, from sourcing and scheduling through offer and onboarding coordinationPartner closely with U.S.-based recruiters and interview teams to align on hiring needs and drive efficient processesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using both traditional and creative sourcing strategiesConduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fitManage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and follow-up at every stageCoordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops across India and U.S. teamsSupport offer negotiations and successfully close top candidatesMaintain accurate tracking of candidates, requisitions, and interview activity within recruiting systemsDesired Skills & Experience5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a full-cycle capacityExperience working with global teams, particularly coordinating across India and U.S. stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Business or a related fieldStrong collaboration and communication skills across time zonesExperience recruiting within accounting, consulting, or professional services environments preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and hiring teamsFoundational knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compensation structuresDemonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidatesWorking Conditions:Collaborate with and report to both India- and U.S.-based teamsOpen office hours; must be available for U.S. team meetings up to midnight ISTRemote role with occasional travel for meetings and trainingFull-time position with some flexibility in working hoursMust be based in the Pune metro areaConnor Group is committed to celebrating the value of diversity in a globally connected business world.
