Position: Recruiting Coordinator (Resource Management) - Consulting Services (100% Remote) Overview Job Description - Recruiting Coordinator (Resource Management) - Consulting Services (100% Remote) (053687) Recruiting Coordinator (Resource Management) - Consulting Services (100% Remote) • ** This position is 100% remote *** Responsibilities • Coordinate resource and demand requests to help place the right consultant with the right engagement for top notch delivery • Assist with recruiting, managing demand/opportunity requests, creating job descriptions, and tracking all staffing efforts to fulfillment • Provide timely reporting on all recruiting efforts for resource/demand requests for the NA Cyber team • Create and maintain internal statement of work for intra organizational resource sharing. Ensuring updated timelines, extensions, rate changes, and all administrative functions are addressed • Provide leadership with timely reporting on efforts • Serve as liaison with contracting team for any subcontractor efforts, maintain timesheet compliance and respond to contractual requests • Assist with data collection, tracking and reporting efforts • Review materials for content, clarity, consistency, grammar, format, organization, and instructional efficacy, and assist in establishing and monitoring procedures to confirm these standards are maintained. • Ensure that reports are written in a manner that clients with limited technical knowledge can understand • Strong work ethic and ability to confidently make independent editorial decisions and be responsible for assigned tasks and work products Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications or Journalism • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, preferably IT or cyber sector • In-depth knowledge of staffing operations and best practices • Highly proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing • Advanced grammar skills and strong attention to detail • Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and time management skills • Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision • Incredible attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through is critical • Analytical thinker who brings a creative approach to problem solving • Strong skills using Microsoft Office especially advanced skills with PowerPoint and Excel (pivots, charting and other advanced functions) • Must have the ability to proactively resolve issues in a diplomatic, flexible, and constructive manner • An understanding of cybersecurity and information technology terminology Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployments.
