Recruiting Coordinator - Product Management - San Jose (Third-Party Associate)

Responsibilities About the Team We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the TikTok Global Monetization Product Team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for providing critical administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders throughout the interview process. Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate all phases of the interview process, including scheduling complex multi-stage interviews across various time zones for the Product Management function. - Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication, providing clear instructions, and managing travel/expense reimbursement to ensure an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience. - Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to manage candidate progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the hiring workflow. - Support various hiring projects, including assisting with new hire onboarding documentation, organizing team meetings, generating reports, and helping to strategize on process improvements. - Maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to efficiently troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and proactively solve logistical challenges. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related role. - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and business leaders. Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally supporting technical or Product Management teams. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. - A self-starter who is result-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious, demonstrating strong ownership over tasks and projects. - Experience scheduling for global teams or across different geographical locations/time zones. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
