In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting in depth interviews with candidates, and discussing job opportunities and career paths with them. You will work to ensure that there is a steady... pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate will be a goal oriented individual with a strong team work mentality and a sense of urgency. 2+ yrs. of recruitment/sourcing is a plus! We offer a competitive pay structure including uncapped commission with great base salary, benefits (including medical/dental/vision/401k), and a chance to work with one of the top performing branches in the region!
