This role will manage a team of recruiting coordinators who are responsible for scheduling interviews at Fetch. This team plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the recruiting process while ensuring a positive experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Recruiting Coordinators, ensuring best practices in candidate experience and interview scheduling.
Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
Develop and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting operations and enhance efficiency.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide a high-touch candidate experience.
Oversee the management of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
Act as the main point of contact for escalations related to scheduling and coordination challenges.
Track and report key recruiting metrics to help drive strategic hiring initiatives.
Train new recruiting coordinators and maintain updated training materials and documentation.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, with at least 1 year in people management.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Modern Loop, Calendly, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional candidate experiences.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in handling high-volume scheduling with complex logistics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on key recruiting metrics.
ATS Greenhouse experience required
