ā¢ *Technical Recruiting Coordinator
As a Technical Recruiting Coordinator at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will play a key role in supporting high-volume, technical hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams. You will drive a best-in-class candidate experience while ensuring seamless execution of complex, end-to-end recruiting operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
You will partner closely with Technical Recruiters, Engineering Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate multi-stage interview processes. This role requires strong operational excellence, attention to detail, and familiarity with technical terminology and hiring workflows.

ā¢ *Responsibilities
ā¢ Own scheduling and coordination of interviews and debriefs across multiple teams and time zones
ā¢ Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates from application through onboarding
ā¢ Proactively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to drive speed and clarity
ā¢ Partner with Technical Recruiters to manage hiring pipelines for specialized roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Full Stack, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Cloud/Infrastructure)
ā¢ Prepare interview materials and ensure hiring teams are fully equipped for interviews
ā¢ Manage pre-employment processes including background checks, references, offer documentation, and onboarding coordination
ā¢ Track and maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and reporting dashboards
ā¢ Partner with Recruiters to identify scheduling bottlenecks and implement process improvements
ā¢ Contribute to automation and process enhancement initiatives with a scalable, efficiency-first mindset
ā¢ *Qualifications
ā¢ 1ā3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, administrative, or related experience
ā¢ Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
ā¢ Familiarity managing calendars with Google Workspace
ā¢ Experience with ATS platforms and scheduling tools preferred
ā¢ Self-starter who takes initiative and operates effectively through ambiguity
ā¢ Collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset
