Responsibilities and Duties
Screen, interview, and coordinate schedules for the hiring process.
Follow up on interviews conducted and track candidates through the process.
Set appointments on existing leads for the sales team.
Maintain application and record-keeping systems.
Fulfill all company requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Basic office experience including customer service tasks preferred.
HR/interviewing experience is preferred but will train the right person.
Excellent time management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, while paying attention to detail.
High School/GED, required.
