The Opportunity: BSP is seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter / Sourcer to join our high-performing team. This is a fully remote opportunity where you will work directly alongside a top-billing recruiter, focusing on sourcing, vetting, and qualifying top-tier talent (ideally preferred/not mandatory within the AEC: Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Accounting: CPA, public accounting, Tax & Audit industry exp)
Position Overview: As a Recruiter / Sourcer, you will operate on a split desk, partnering with a top biller to fill high-priority roles for established clients. Your primary focus will be sourcing and qualifying candidates (not business development or client billing expectations). This is a commission-driven role with significant earning upside, designed for individuals who are proactive, competitive, and results-oriented. *If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment, and enjoy connecting great talent with exciting opportunities, this role offers strong earning potential and career growth potential (both uncapped).
Key Responsibilities
⢠"Half Desk" Recruiting/Sourcing role
⢠Source, recruit, identify, and engage talent within targeted industry focus (Ex: AEC: Architecture, Engineering, Construction // CPA: Public Accounting industry professionals)
⢠Conduct cold outreach via phone, LinkedIn, job boards, company research, targeted search strategies, and utilize all recruitment tools
⢠Qualify and fully vet candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for active clients hiring.
⢠Build talent pipelines for active and upcoming "hot" jobs and clients.
⢠Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
⢠Collaborate closely with the lead full desk recruiter to drive successful placements
Qualifications | Ideal Candidate
⢠2-5+ Years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred)
⢠OR... 2-5+ Years of Sales / B2B experience (open as well)
⢠Nice to Have "Plus": Prior Exp. sourcing/recruiting AEC: Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Accounting: CPA, public accounting, Tax & Audit industry professionals - preferred exp in one, but not mandatory).
⢠Strong cold-calling and candidate engagement/sourcing skills and recent experience
⢠Comfortable with cold outbound outreach, sourcing, and targeted searches
⢠Competitive, commission-motivated mindset
⢠Excellent communication and organizational skills
⢠Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment
⢠Proven sales/recruitment experience with quantifiable KPI's and performance metric-driven environment (recent exp)
⢠Note:
⢠Limited to no business development responsibilities
⢠No expectation to independently build your own client book, aka "desk."
⢠Primary focus is sourcing and recruiting for an established top-producing desk, supporting Lead Recruiter/Proven Recruiter's 'hot jobs and clients'

⢠Earn 15-40% in commissions/bonuses, based on a tiered Quarterly structure for placements/splits "deals"
⢠EX: Commission Bonuses (AVG. 10-12+ splits/placements) = $90-100K Avg.
⢠YEAR 1 OTE: $130-150K+ / annual (Base + Bonuses, uncapped)
⢠Higher tiers available based on performance
⢠Earnings scale significantly with consistent performance and quarterly splits
⢠This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential.
