Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. This role requires a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events to generate leads.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all... candidates.
Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to build a pipeline of future talent.
Support internal recruiting efforts for succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Skills
Proven experience in recruiting, with a strong understanding of sales techniques related to candidate engagement.
Familiarity with Kronos or similar HR software is a plus.
Strong lead generation skills to identify potential candidates proactively.
Experience in campus recruitment and building relationships with educational institutions is desirable.
Knowledge of internal recruiting processes and succession planning strategies.
Proficiency in talent management practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Familiarity with ATS systems for efficient candidate tracking and management.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $36,900.00 - $125,000.00 per year
