Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to identify and assess talent.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Adept at conducting effective interviews and evaluating candidates.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
