Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Produce postings to attract the best potential candidates; use strategies likely to increase visibility on the web and social media.

Advise managers and leaders in the selection of internal and external candidates in accordance with internal practices and applicable standards.

Support the workforce planning process.

Assist in planning and execution of special recruiting events.

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
Requirements
H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)

Bachelor of Arts or Science required
,
3+ years Full Cycle Recruiting experience required
,
Professional in Human Resources certification preferred (PHR)
