What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Must be able to travel during strike events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the healthcare industry with active affiliations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce CRM
- Ability to multi-task and organize in high-pressure situations
- Experience in establishing effective working relationships
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
